Terms and Conditions


Estimate are based solely upon the project description and initial inspection of the project work site. The estimate could change upon discovery of the need for additional work and or materials once the project has started. Any alterations or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed with the consent of the owner.

Estimates are valid for fifteen days, prices are subject to change without further notice.

Payment is to be made as follows: Down payment of 35% at the time of signing, 2nd Payment of 35% at project start. Final payment of 30% at the time of customer signing completion agreement.

Late payment: in the event of a late payment there will be a 15% charge added per day to the total amount owed. Returned check: For all returned checks or rejected payments, there will be a 30% penalty plus award of attorney’s fees and costs incurred to collect balance.

Floor Installation: Once your floor is installed and grout is applied you will notice some shadows and/or watermarks on the tile. Please allow 4 weeks for all marks and shadows to go away. There will be a gap of up to half inch (1/2”) between the wall and the tile/stone/laminate. That gap will be cover with your baseboard. We do not apply grout in between that gap because it will be cover with your baseboard or baseboard trim.

Interior and Exterior Painting: payments are made as requested on the payment section. Late payment section is also applicable unless otherwise noted on the estimate and invoice. Once painting is finish RUJO services will remove noticeable paint makes, overspray or stains from the floor, walls and any other area that paint is not supposed to be. RUJO Services will not deep clean or pressure wash an entire area after removing the paint makes because client can tell the different between the cleaned and not cleaned area. If RUJO Services is providing the material, we will collect all trash generated. If customer provides material, they will be responsible for disposing all trash once they job is finish.

Hood cleaning: payment is due upon completion. Before and after pictures will be upload to the cloud and you will receive a link to access the pictures and other reports within 72 hours after job is completed and payment is received. Job Services Report (JSR) will list deficiencies, areas not cleaned and other recommendations. It is the customer responsibility to download all reports and pictures from the cloud because RUJO SERVICES LLC do not guarantee short or long term storage of pictures or reports. Hourly rate includes two (2) technician per hour.

RUJO Services painting and flooring guarantee’s workmanship and will repair/replace faulty workmanship for up to one year from the date of completion. RUJO Services do not guarantee any material.

RUJO Services will display a yard sign while working on your property and up to 7 days after the job is finish.

RUJO Services will take picture throughout the progress of the project and will utilize them in our social media channels, webpage, and any other marketing material.

Costumer email address will add to our email data base to send promotion/offers.

Cancellation Policy: this Contract will be binding on the fourth day after the date of signing. This gives the buyer three days in which cancellation the contract is allow without penalty. After three days if contract is canceled buyer will forfeit the down payment.

We accept payment by check, cash, credit and we also offer financing.
